The law often requires that when purchasing items online, consumers have a right to cancel the contract within 7 days of entering into it. Such a right does not exist in relation to the purchase of tickets or area bookings through Party Night London. We will however allow a cancellation and offer a full refund less an administration cost of £5 if the request is made no later than 48 hours before the start time of the event.
If the cancellation is for New Years Eve tickets then the £5 administration fee applies to each individual ticket and again the request needs to be no later than 48 hours before the event.
If you fail to turn up on the night there is no refund applicable for tickets, booths or areas.
Collection Of New Years Eve Tickets
No tickets are actually emailed or posted to you New Years Eve parties advertised here. The tickets are available on the door in the form of an e-ticket. If you do not not produce your confirmation email and do not have proof of I.D? You will not be allowed into the party and we cannot refund your money back for the ticket.
For table and booth bookings we will email you your booking confirmation and will organise your table or booth for you on arrival. We also ask you bring photo I.D with you in the form of a licence or passport to prove who you are in order to be able to redeem your deposit refund.
If you have a table booking and have a group of guests and a member of your group is under the minimum age requirements and is not allowed into the club for any other reason (and some of your guests have already paid to enter the venue). If you and those guests choose to leave because that person is not allowed entrance we cannot refund the table booking deposit money back or entrance money for those who have already entered.
Table bookings may allow queue entry to certain nightclubs or bars. Please check the page description. If you book a table and pay the deposit for a minimum spend at the table, when you arrive at the table you must spend the minimum amount agreed for that table. If you do not agree to pay the minimum spend you may be asked to leave the venue or forfeit the table and therefore you will be not entitled to a refund for the table deposit you have paid.
If you pay the deposit for a table and fail attend the evening we cannot refund your money back. Table refunds may be given depending on the circumstance and with a 48hour cancellation period prior to the evening of the booking (there will be a 5% administration fee for the cancellation).
Prepaid bottle or tab purchases:
Party Night London acts as an agent for London bars and nightclubs. If you prepay for tabs, food, bottles and drink selections – this is an agreement between the venue and yourselves. We arrange book areas and entry to venues. We have no involvement in tab or drink or food purchase refunds with bars, nightclubs or any other venues. The deposits for table that you pay us is for a reservation for the table or booth area only (and not for alcohol or food purchases).
If you request a last minute DJ and the DJ you previously booked (before contacting Party Night London) arrives and you no longer require the Party Night London DJ sent out. You will not be entitled to a refund for your deposit and will have to pay the Party Night London DJ for the full amount agreed.
If you book a DJ with Party Night London and pay the deposit amount and double book another DJ and do not notify us within 14days and our Party Night London DJ arrives you will still be liable to pay for the full amount that the DJ was paid to play regardless if you no longer need them to play that evening. If you notify us on the within 14 days that the DJ is no longer needed to play, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
Deposits made for all DJ / Photographer and Make up artist bookings will be refunded minus a 5% administration fee provided the cancellation is made 14days before the event. If cancellations are made within 14days of the event we cannot refund your deposit.
Venue searches at London bars and nightclubs require between £50-£100 deposit (dependant on the minimum amount you will spend at the bar). The deposit will be refunded back to you when arrive at the venue on the party night, if you do not attend the evening you will not be entitled to your deposit refund and you will be liable to pay to the entire minimum spend amount agreed for the event booked.
Venue searches will require a booking a deposit and the purchaser and venue must comply to our terms and conditions.
If you request us to find a venue and we arrange a venue for you and you cancel the venue search and book the venue that we have arranged for we will ask for that deposit money back. We may follow with take legal action against the venue and yourselves.
Entry to London Bars & nightclubs:
If you have been asked to leave the nightclub or forcefully removed from the London bar or nightclub we cannot refund your money back.
If you choose to leave because one or more of your guests have been left or been escorted out of the London bar or nightclub we cannot refund your money back.
If you are not allowed into the venue for any reasons and booked a table you will not be entitled to a deposit refund. If bottles are prepaid you must contact the London bar or nightclub as this is an agreement between yourselves. We do not have a licence to sell alcohol.
Party Night London will not be liable to you or your guests for any costs or expenses, including travel and or accommodation, which you may incur as a result of failing to comply with the entry restrictions.
Early night closures that occur which are not in our control will not entitle you to a refund. If you are have a complaint about the event of a party ending early we suggest that this issue should be taken up with the management of the venue. We cannot be held accountable for management closing venues earlier for any reasons.
If you pay any member at the door, a DJ, photographer, tips to staff member, offer a bribery or gesture of goodwill payment that is not to our knowledge nor agreed by us we cannot refund this money back.
